We want you to love your Scent experience, but we understand if you change your mind. Please review our guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.

How to Return

• Notification: You must notify us of your intent to return your item within 14 days of delivery.

• Deadline: We must receive your returned items no later than 28 days after your original delivery date.

• Returns Form: All returns must be accompanied by our official Returns Form below. Orders sent back without firstly completing this form will not be accepted.

• Return Shipping: Please note that you the customer are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Condition for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in resalable condition. This means:

• The product must be unopened and unused.

• All original packaging, seals, and labels must be intact and undamaged.

• Items that have been tampered with or show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will update by email.

• Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.

• Bank Processing: Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

If your order has arrived damaged. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
